Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Switch, Delta, Visa, Solo and Mastercard.
Delivery Schedule
All orders will be processed immediately. Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days and delivery is normally received in 7 - 10 working days. The majority of orders are despatched on a 'signed for delivery' courier service. This enables us to confirm that all parcels have been received at the correct destination.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
The whole website is encoded with 128 bit encryption When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using the same system. The shop is 100% bank approved for online trading.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Please advise us within 3 days if you are not completely safisfied or the items have been damaged BEFORE returning any item.
All items returned will be at the customers cost. Money refunded will be less the postage/transport as shown in our 'RETURNS POLICY' section.

Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service.
Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items will incur the following charges.
Products dispatched via postal service will be deducted at a rate of £4.00 per box exclusive of vat from the PRODUCT sales invoice value only.
Products dispatched via a 'signed for' courier service weighing below 10Kg in weight will be deducted at a rate of £7.00 per box exclusive of vat from the PRODUCT sales invoice value.
Products dispatched via a 'signed for courier' service weighing 10Kg + in weight will be deducted at a rate of £10.00 per box exclusive of vat from the PRODUCT sales invoice value.
